1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ChalSaath mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ctrl Shift Solutions ("Company", "we", "us").

ChalSaath is an IT Intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). We provide a peer-to-peer carpooling platform that connects Car Owners (drivers) with Riders (passengers) travelling in the same direction. ChalSaath does NOT employ drivers, own vehicles, or operate transportation services. All rides are privately arranged between users.

9. Trust Score & Ratings

ChalSaath calculates a Trust Score for every user based on their average rating, ride completion rate, and cancellation history. Trust Scores are displayed publicly on user profiles. Users can rate each other after every completed ride. Ratings must be honest and based on genuine experience — false or retaliatory ratings violate these Terms.

ChalSaath reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding of ChalSaath are the exclusive property of Ctrl Shift Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

ChalSaath provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ctrl Shift Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from ride cancellations, accidents, personal injury, or data loss.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ChalSaath shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage users to first contact us at support@chalsaath.com to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification. Continued use of ChalSaath after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
